CD Kand is a story of a woman known as Gauri Devi, who was victimized by state politicians sexually & then killed to burry the matter. But there is a saying that â??woman & elephants never forget their revengeâ?? and so is Gauri Devi. She returns as a ghost to take her revenge. Mansi Rana who is a reporter of a local news channel becomes the medium for her. And struggle of Mansi Rana to expose killer of Gauri Devi and Gauri Deviâ??s desire to fulfill her vendetta is a film called CD Kand.
